1. Who we are

Norbixy.com ("Norbixy", "we", "us") is an independent digital tools guide operated by Hammer Agency, registered in Hungary (Tax ID HU10850233), with offices at Üllői út 206, 1191 Budapest, Hungary. Hammer Agency is the data controller for personal data processed through this website.

2. What information we collect

We try to collect as little personal information as possible. The categories of data we may process are:

Information you give us directly

• Email address and any details you include when you write to hello@norbixy.com.

Information collected automatically

• Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referring page, date and time of access) for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
• Anonymised or aggregated traffic statistics (for example, page views and approximate country) to understand which articles are useful.

We do not require account creation, do not run quizzes, and do not display contact forms.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Reply to email enquiries.
• Operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
• Understand which content is useful so we can improve it.
• Comply with legal obligations (for example, tax and bookkeeping).

The legal basis under the GDPR is, depending on the activity: legitimate interest (running a secure website, basic analytics), performance of a request (replying to your email), or legal obligation (record-keeping).

The fact that a link is an affiliate link does not change the price you pay and does not influence the content of our comparisons.

• Email correspondence: typically up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.

• Analytics: aggregated, anonymised statistics may be kept indefinitely.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No system is perfectly secure; we do not claim absolute security.

10. Children

Norbixy is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage.
